4 stars for Liza Ferschtman in NRC
Last Friday, Liza Ferschtman received 4 stars for her new album Works for Violin Solo by Mischa Spel, classical journalist from the NRC.
Excerpt from the review
"you can't go any more naked than this. Ferschtman achieves virtuosity and a deep round tone. In the elegant piece Malinconia, she really shows what makes her her. Ferschtman playing Bach sounds clean, clear and controlled, with an infectious joy in the beauty of her tone. The slower dances in the Partita No. 3 really swing and shine because of that."
