The music ranged from soft and elegant to loud and boisterous; no shortage of European classicism combining with unmistakable tinges of blues and gospel. Unhindered by a rhythm section to create a defined pulse, Fugimundi swung hard at times, played with folkloric simplicity at others, and took advantage of their contextual freedom at every moment throughout a set that grabbed the audience from the first notes, and kept it on the edge of its seat until the very end, following a well-deserved encore. De muziek varieerde van zacht en elegant tot luid en onstuimig. Er was geen tekort aan Europese classicisme gecombineerd met een onmiskenbare weerkaatsing van blues en gospel. Ongehinderd door een ritmesectie om een gedefinieerde puls te creëren, swingde Fugimundi de pan uit soms, en speelde met folkloristische eenvoud op andere momenten. Fugimundi maakte gebruik van hun contextuele vrijheid op elk moment van de set, wat het publiek vanaf de eerste noten greep en hield iedereen op het puntje van hun stoel tot helemaal het einde, na een welverdiende toegift.
