I would like to thank my agent and friend Susanna von Canon for organizing this wonderful tour for us. She has such social skills and took care of us so well. I am very grateful she is my agent, and looking after me as an artist. She makes my life much easier. I want to thank Anton and Harmen for their musical wisdom and contribution to this tour. Maiking music together makes me feel extremely connected, and it was fun being on the road with them. Alison Loerke, my new agent in the USA for creating the simple (and legal !) possibility for realizing this tour. I also would like to thank my dear wife Jacqueline, who understands that I am a musician and a good part of my life is being on the road. She has always supported me wholeheartedly in this and I am supremely grateful. Thanks also to my dearest friend Rob Weteling who has always been there for me, has shared his wisdom in difficult moments and has contributed enormously to my career and the joy in my personal life. Thanks to all the organizers in the USA and Canada who were without exception very hospitable to us and took such care of us. Thanks to Challenge records for their contribution in advertising the tour and to simply being my record label. Hooray for Ann Braithwaite who did the North American publici Thanks to the NFPK for their support towards travel expenses (despite their ignorance of world geography). Thanks to Cees de Bever and the Royal Consulate of the Netherlands in New York for his contribution for some hotel costs and domestic travel. Thanks America, thanks Canada. We’ll be back !!!!!!!
